Don't See

The night is young,
The moon is full.
Quickly now,
Empty the bowl!

Hurry now!
Don't let them see.
We need to hide,
Behind those trees.

Shh! Be quiet.
Don't make a sound.
If they hear us,
Trouble is bound.

Good! they're leaving.
Come on out.
We need to hurry,
Toward the next house.

Grab the candy,
Leave the door.
The kiddies will see us,
Trouble, a chore.

Don't let them find us,
Don't let them see.
They're scared of monsters,
And monsters are we.

We love this day,
This cackling night.
Halloween is bound,
To be a great fright.

Set Us Free

Without a light,
We will not be.
Within this light,
We won't flee.

We hunt,
We walk,
We run,
We stalk.
Tonight, we're free,
Tonight, we'll rock.

Halloween, this moon,
We'll fill with glee.
Halloween, this moon,
Has set us free.

Their Time

Gather here children,
And I'll tell you a tale,
Of demons and monsters,
And journeys asail.

The witches, they cackle,
And brew themselves potion.
The zombies eat brains,
An interesting notion.

The vampires bite,
And feed on blood.
The werewolves, they shift,
And howl more than hug.

On Halloween night,
They all come out.
They walk among us,
And wander about.

They watch the children,
Scurry around.
They stick to the shadows,
Of the ignorant town.

They watch and wait,
For their time to be,
For once a year,
There's Halloween glee.

The Time of Fright

The werewolves are howling,
The banshees are screeching,
The demons are growling,
The witches are shrieking,

"Halloween, Halloween,
The time of fright,
The fun we'll have,
On our beloved favorite night.

The children will run,
The babies will scream,
The parents will worry,
What fun it'll be!

We'll crawl,
We'll slither,
We'll cause such a fright.

We'll fly,
We'll emerge,
On this moon-darkened night.

The terror we'll cause,
Will start a riot.
The horror we'll cause,
Won't stay quiet.

Halloween, Halloween,
The time of fright,
The fun we'll have,
On our beloved favorite night."
