False Hope

Life so long
Live and free,
No chains to bind
You or me
Rid of pain and hurtful words
No rulers, or kings, crowns, or swords
Free as a bird
Gay as spring
The world know not, of Misery
Flowers dance
The day away
No care in the world
Not now, today
Tomorrow comes
It's seen, aglow
The sky, bright pink
The water aflow
Clouds sail high
Above us all
A care in the world
Not at all
A life like that
A false hope now
Lies I live
With not a sound
Rules to cage
Without a key
A freedom awaits
All but me.

Find Me

In the desert,
Amond the sea,
Within the forest,
You'll find me.

Sometimes together,
Sometimes alone,
I don't mind either,
As long as I'm known.

Unaffected by the wind,
As it looks down on me, with a grin,
I stand by my friends, and my choices,
While going through life, ignoring their voices.

Dull, tough, and also gray,
I prefer to think, not just say.

A thousand kinds,
Of colors and shapes,
I create new sights,
To everyone's taste.

Even now, I refuse to talk,
I don't see how, when I'm a rock.

The Moon's Song

The wind rolls over the willowing bed,
Of flowers that dance beneath the moon,
Yellow, blue, green, and red,
Each and everyone in tune.

Soft chirps echo along,
Feather-light notes of song,
Birds sing to the moon tonight,
A melody of love gone wrong.

A sorrowful tune,
That makes one swoon,
And fall into the depths of night.

A million things,
Said and done,
But in the end,
No one won.

The moon listens this night,
For with all its might,
The song sings true,
As the darkest of lights.

Our Meadow

Join me this night,
For together, the sight,
Appears more beautiful than ever.

As the moon shines,
The water, divine,
With the wind,
Whispering through our meadow.

Both you and I,
Will learn to fly,
As we soar through,
This glorious night.

Upon the sun,
For it rises soon,
Our memories together,
With last forever,
In our meadow.

May's Special Day

This was dedicated to my mom as her Mother's day present from me. Enjoy~

Once a year,
Without a fear,
Comes a day,
For Moms to play.

A special day,
Without delay,
Where flowers bloom,
And tree leaves swoon.

The Moms escape,
The Batman cape,
The raging music,
And screeching ape.

They take a retreat,
To the spring,
A cheat,
And relax for the day,
For once, so sweet.

Under the sun,
Within the breeze,
Among the pillows,
Catching Z's.

Relax now, my dears,
For among you peers,
Today's the day,
To have your way,
On your special day of May.
